I’ve been playing with computers at least since I was in second grade, on my first Macintosh LC II.
Professionally, I’ve been developing and maintaining websites since 2009, and have expanded to include development and support of databases. I’ve added mobile app development to my skill set. I also provide tech support, specializing in software and operating system configuration, training, and troubleshooting. Most recently, I have pursued automation and scripting opportunities to improve business process efficiency. I have worked at companies, both small and mid-sized, where I have and continue to enjoy assisting colleagues with their technology needs.
Educationally, I earned an associate of applied sciences degree from Hennepin Technical College in programming, as well as an advanced technical certificate as a Microsoft database specialist. I’ve also completed coursework on Windows, Linux, and network administration. I enjoy learning new skills related to information technology.
The satisfaction of helping individuals, organizations, and businesses achieve their goals through the use of technology is one of the most rewarding facets of my technology work.
